Born in 1984 in Almaty in family of soviet architectors and educators. His grandfather was Chief Architector of Almaty, professor of architecture and founder of Kazakh Soviet architecture science.

  In 2005 graduated from Academy of arts named after T.Zhurgenev. Worked as designer and art director. Works of Nurlan Mendikulov are in private collections in Kazakhstan, Czeck Republic, Spain, USA, Holland, Italy, France etc.

  Member of Designers Union of Kazakhstan.Has Diploma of acknowledgement of Designers Union of Kazakhstan for creativity and professionalism in design.
